1. FULL FITNESS ASSESSMENT
We spend time assessing your individual needs to customise a plan of action that is beneficial for you. In this FREE 45-minute session, we discuss your future physical and mental wellbeing goals, preferences, concerns.
Regardless of whether you have never stepped foot in a gym before, here at Beyond40, we acknowledge that everybody is different and has different needs. During your Beyond40 assessment we cover any old injuries, medical conditions, stress burden, physical ailments and muscle imbalances. We assess your physical baseline as well as your aspirations for lifestyle improvements and practical approaches to create the most authentic version of you.
2. BESPOKE FITNESS PLAN
Your Beyond40 trainer will combine your needs to design a unique training programme that aligns your physical, mental and genetic health for an optimal lifestyle.
Once a thorough understanding of your needs has been established through the initial assessment, your plan will be designed. It will be based on the 4 pillars of Beyond40:
Fundamentals of Why
Within your bespoke fitness plan, you can choose to work on a 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 basis with any trainer in the Beyond40 team, whether that’s in the studio or virtually in the comfort of your own home.
Each style of training is priced accordingly, and you can change your training style at anytime by using the Beyond40 app.
