Operating out of an exclusive private studio in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, we offer 3-on-1 Personal Training in the mornings (maximum 20 members between sessions) and also provide 1-on-1 Personal Training in the afternoons.
Our training benefits clients of every age and stage of life, but true to the Beyond40 ethos, our face-to-face personal training specialises in exercise for healthy ageing and longevity strategies for the brain, mind, muscles and bones.

When you want 100% focus on your needs, your training technique and your progress, 1-on-1 Personal Training is the way to go. With accountability, increased exercise adherence and motivation all part of the package, your goals will be well within sight.
3-0N-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
This is our bespoke version of very Small Group Training, with lots of personal attention, coupled with the camaraderie of a group workout! Our 3-on-1 Personal Training is available in the mornings, catering to a maximum of 20 members across sessions.
