Beyond40 addresses six areas to help you build a longer, stronger and healthier future in which you live an authentic, active and happy life. We call this ‘Living True’.

The first three keys to longevity are concerned with our physical body, its needs and why it is important to take time each and every day to focus on ageing well.

The fourth looks at our internal spirit and the health of our mind, our self-talk and belief systems and overall resilience in life.

The fifth key looks at what the latest science and research says about what we should be doing in order to live a long, healthy, joyful life.

The sixth deals with the fundamental question of why we want to live a long life. Our DNA is wired for connections and a sense of belonging, and our ability to fulfil this innate desire greatly impacts the quality and joy of our life. The skillset required to achieve this may look different for everyone, yet the intention and purpose is the same for us all.
